COSMOS SHIPPING was established in 1993 as a company for ship brokerage and agency. During the years of its existence the company has developed an activity of self-dependеnt operating of chartered vessel with a cargo capacity up to 6000mt in the Black sea , the Continent, West and South Africa, as well as of securing sea river transport from the Mediterranean, Black Sea and Azov sea to the Danube ports of Bulgaria, Romania and Yugoslavia.

COSMOS SHIPPING had been successfully and continuously developing to reach in the year 2000 the possibility to fly the Bulgarian flag on its first acquired vessel “Denitza“, which started a new period in the company’s history – the ownership. A year latter m/v “Victor“ was purchased.

Shipping is, undoubtedly, among the most dynamic industries, which require flexible decisions in a constantly changing environment. Therefore the scope of our activities has been continuously expanding and now the company has on full scale management two bulkcarriers of 25560 mt DWT as well as it normally operates certain number of bulkcarriers of 20000/38000 mt DWT hired on time charter basis for short or longer period.
